Ownership of Accounts
The ownership of a MillionairesFlix
account starts with the activation with even the smallest mining
and/or Forex Explosion package. The ownership of the account is not
limited by time and ends by closing and/or liquidation of the company
MillionairesFlix Factoring Limited. MillionairesFlix
is not allowed to close/take back/suspend the account without a valid reason like:
(a) Cross recruiting action by the distributor
(b) False advertising of the products of MillionairesFlix
(c) Violating one or more points of this Terms & Conditions
Non-competition clause / Poaching / Sale of third-party services/ Conflict of interests
(1) Distributors and clients are allowed to sell goods and/or services
for other companies, including network marketing companies, to the
extent that such are not competitors of the Company. If distributors are
simultaneously active for several companies or network marketing
companies, they agree to organize their business activities (along with
their respective downlines) in such a way as to avoid any connection or
mixing of their activities for these other companies with their
activities for MillionairesFlix Factoring Limited. In particular,
distributors may not offer products other than MillionairesFlix products at
the same time, in the same place or in the immediate vicinity or on the
same website, Facebook page or other social media/online platform.
(2) MillionairesFlix Distributors are also prohibited from recruiting other MillionairesFlix distributors for the sale of other Company's products.
(3) MillionairesFlix Distributors are also prohibited from violating - by entering into another contract - the rights of other distributors or other sales contracts concluded with further companies and the clauses of which are still valid."
Products.
(a) Bitcoin Mining Hashpower Packages
MillionairesFlix Factoring Limited is offering Bitcoin Mining Hashpower
Packages from 50$ to 250.000$. The packages have a duration of 24 months
and start producing Bitcoins the 22nd day after the activation of the
package. The first 21 days are taken as a setup time for the
Bitcoin
Miners. These 21 days will be recovered at the end of the contract. The
Bitcoin Mining results depend on many circumstances like the difficulty
of Bitcoin Mining, the market price of Bitcoin, the allover Hashpower
on the market and many more reasons. The height of the
mining
results can not be guaranteed. If Bitcoin Mining reaches an unprofitable
status for MillionairesFlix Factoring Limited and their clients, MillionairesFlix has
the right to stop the Bitcoin Mining Packages until it gets profitable
again and/or switch to a more profitable coin. This is
necessary for
the financial security of the company. The Mining results are usually
paid on daily basis, regarding to technical circumstances MillionairesFlix
has the right to pay the mining results with a couple of days delay if
necessary.
(b) Forex Explosion
MillionairesFlix is a partner
affiliate company of FOREX Explosion LLC with their product "Forex
Explosion". MillionairesFlix offers this product to their distributors and
clients connected to the MillionairesFlix compensation plan, in this case
the binary plan. FOREX Explosion has their own
terms and conditions which you accept by opening an account at https://www.forexexplosion.com/members.
(c) ICOs / STOs
MillionairesFlix Factoring Limited
is offering to its distributors a variety of Initial Coin Offerings
and/or Security Token Offerings. Those ICOs/STOs are carefully selected
and proven by the MillionairesFlix advisory board and legal team. Most of
those ICOs are reverse ICOs, which
means that the companies offering
the ICOs have a proven track record. Furthermore those ICOs and STOs
are part of the MillionairesFlix Unilevel Plan. MillionairesFlix can not give
any guarantees for the money invested by distributors and/or possible
clients. MillionairesFlix
Factoring highly recommends only to invest the
amount of money that you can effort, even if ICOs/STOs have a high
potential of earnings sometimes.
MillionairesFlix Compensation Plan
(a) Binary
Direct Sales Bonus 10% - World 1+2
-You can earn 10% direct sales commission for a direct referral. The
10% are calculated from the mining or Forex Explosion(only 80% of the
package price) package price your direct referral activates.
The Direct Sales Bonus has no requirements, you can even earn

least a 500$ Mining or Forex Explosion Package on your own. Furthermore
it is necessary to sponsor in each leg a direct partner, each one with a
minimum 500$ Mining or Forex Explosion Package.
Binary Bonus World2: 10% Mining Product / 10% Forex Explosion (Sales Volume

To participate in the binary plan of MillionairesFlix you need to have at
least a 50$ Mining Package or a minimum 100$ Forex Explosion Package on
your own. Furthermore it is necessary to sponsor in each leg a direct
partner, each one with a minimum 50$ Package or
with Forex Explosion minimum 100$ package in each leg.
The maximum weekly income from the binary plan with a Mining Package
is capped at 35.000$. The Commission is calculated around 24h Sunday
MEZ. The upcoming Monday your commission will be paid to your MillionairesFlix
payout wallet. The Direct sales bonus is the only
uncapped Bonus!

The upcoming Monday your commission will be paid to your MillionairesFlix payout wallet.
The Direct sales bonus is uncapped and the Profit is paid weekly, every Friday.
